Enrolling with Elite Edge Transport Solutions is straightforward and convenient, as all required documents can be submitted online.

To begin, you’ll sign our Dispatch Carrier Agreement, which clearly outlines the mutual responsibilities between us. This agreement safeguards both parties and is not a long-term service contract. There are no penalties if you choose to discontinue.

Additionally, we require a Carrier Set-Up Package and references for the brokers and shippers we’ll be coordinating with on your behalf. Please also provide your MC Permit and a signed W9 form. You can find all of these listed on out New Client Form page.

At Elite Edge Transport Solutions, we pride ourselves on maintaining precise records and adhering to all safety, regulatory, and industry standards. To ensure compliance, we will also need a copy of the CDL for each driver under our dispatch services.

At Elite Edge Transport Solutions, you have complete flexibility—accepting every load we offer is not mandatory. Our team is dedicated to sourcing loads that align with your specific needs, but you are always free to decline any that don't suit you. To ensure efficiency and avoid unnecessary complications, we kindly ask that you clearly outline your preferences and maintain open communication with our dispatch agents.

Yes. All owner-operators and carriers partnering with Elite Edge Transport Solutions must operate under their own motor carrier authority. We are not a carrier or a broker.
